Kintsugi (golden joinery) is the traditional Japanese art of repairing broken Ceramic objects are pieced back together using Urushi lacquer and gold dust. Based on the philosophy of wabi-sabi, finding “beauty in imperfection”

A workshop for beginners includes an introduction to the history and philosophy of Kintsugi, the step-by-step manufacture of a decorative plate in Modern Kintsugi
using alternative materials (such as resin and gold metal).
All tools and materials including ceramic piece to repair will be prepared and provided
